For more than four decades, Harmony Castings has been the premiere Vacuum Process Aluminum Casting Foundry in the United States, supplying companies across a wide range of industries. We work closely with our subcontractors to provide a fully finished casting to our customers. Our unique casting process allows us to manufacture castings with accuracy and tolerances not typically found in other casting processes.
Using the V-Process, we produce aluminum castings with excellent surface finishes, zero-degree draft capability, and repeatable tolerances that support complex designs and efficient manufacturing. Our team offers comprehensive services including beyond just casting, including tooling, prototype development, CNC machining, finishing.
