AccuForm Precision LLC is recognized for its creativity and innovation in fixture design and tool development, allowing them to machine intricate geometries, thin sections, and tight tolerances that are critical to quality and beyond the capabilities of many manufacturing companies. These specialized capabilities align exceptionally well with V-process castings, further strengthening our ability to serve customers with high-precision machining solutions. Aspart of this acquisition, AccuForm Precision LLC will be incorporated into Ligon’s VProcessAluminum Foundry Group as a separate entity, continuing its tradition of excellence while expanding opportunities for collaboration and growth.
